I got all the medals! You get the donut want medal by clicking on all the dounts in that scene where you're in the air duct. the brawl reference one you can get buy pressing down at the part where you're running from the police and you do a flip.
the mouth medal you can get when you escape the sneaky way, and click on the sun!
